PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel compound comprising a quinoxaline skeleton, and a method of producing the same. SOLUTION: The compound comprising a quinoxaline skeleton is represented by formula (1) (in the formula, R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a phenyl group, and R<SP>3</SP>represents a glycidyl group). By using the compound comprising a quinoxaline skeleton as a material for a resin, a wider variety of resins can be studied for the optimization of the physical properties.
