PURPOSE: A freezing method and system are provided to keep freezing objects using a freezing refrigerant for freezing objects in a short time without degeneration of objects. CONSTITUTION: A freezing method using a freezing system operated by a indirect refrigeration mode including a refrigerator(100), a heat exchanger(200) and a quick freezing device(300) comprises the steps of: compressing and condensing an exchange refrigerant having a first temperature in a freezer to be cooled to a second temperature lower than the first temperature; cooling the refrigerant to a fourth temperature lower than a third temperature by heat-exchanging the exchange refrigerant frozen at the second temperature with a freezing refrigerant with the third temperature higher than the second temperature; and dipping freezing objects in a liquid freezing refrigerant frozen to the fourth temperature.
