PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive sheet, connection structure and the like easily attached and detached. SOLUTION: An FPC 30 is overlapped on a PCB 20, with the anisotropic conductive sheet 1 sandwiched therebetween. A base film 2 of the anisotropic conductive sheet 1 includes a porous thermoplastic polymer. One part thereof is imparted with a functional group such as a hydroxyl group, an amido group, a carboxyl group and an isocyanate group, to generate adhesiveness. The whole is heated at a temperature of melting point or more of the base film 2, while pressing the FPC 30 from its upper side. The base film 2 is thereby bonded to a rigid substrate 21 and a flexible substrate 31. The pressing is released thereafter. A wire 32 of the FPC 30 is brought into continuity with a wire 22 of the PCB 20 each other via a penetrated-through conductive part 6, without pressed, when used. A pressing mechanism is not required thereby, a stress under use is moderated and a stable connection state is maintained therein. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
