摘要 This device measures, for example, the distance and angular position of an object to be measured (M) with respect to the sensor (G), the sensor being connected via at least one optical waveguide to measuring electronics (E) which contain at least one light source (1- 4) for transmitting light to the sensor (G) and at least one photodetector (14) for receiving light from the sensor (G). According to the invention, the object to be measured (M) is illuminated by the sensor with the light from at least one optical fibre (20) after this light from the end face of the fibre (20) has been reshaped into a converging focused beam for imaging the said end face by means of one or more optical lenses (23). In this arrangement, the sensor can be mounted, together with other sensors of the same type, on a measuring and/or handling and/or machining device which can be positioned by means of an electronic control system. The measuring arrangement operates with one or more reference distances between sensor and object to be measured, the magnitude of which distances is determined by the distance between the object to be measured and the sensor at which the end face of the optical fibres is imaged on the object to be measured. <IMAGE>
