<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein, when names, fax numbers and the like of communication destinations are described in a communication management report, information may be leaked to a third party. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The communication terminal device can store communication history including at least either of transmission destination information and reception destination information generated by transmission/reception to/from an external device, and can output the communication history as a communication management report. The communication terminal device includes: a user information storage part storing user information of a user capable of using the communication terminal device; a security function-setting part capable of setting to prevent the destination information in the communication management report from being output; and an output part configured to output the communication management report in response to an output request of the communication management report of the user. When the security function-setting part is in the setting to prevent the destination information in the communication management report from being output, at least the destination information without being related to a communication management report-requesting user registered in the user information stored in the user information storage part and carrying out the output request for the communication management report is not output to the communication management report output by the output part.
