The clamp has power bars (5) including a projection (9) directed from a conductor inserting opening (3), where the projection is away from a contact bracket (6). An adjacent bar section (8) is arranged in a distance from a contact surface (6.1) of bracket and a solder pin (7) with an angular offset that is arranged in a perpendicular direction away from the bracket. The section is supported at an outer side of the bar section via a housing. A supporting bracket (12) of a torsion spring (10) at an end is supported on the bars at a transition region between the section and pin.
