<p>A trade area management system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a trade area management server which calculates a trade area fitness index using trade area information including a customer index with respect to a trader of each of one or more stores located in a trade area and a real-estate index of each of the one or more stores, and generates map data on which trade areas are visually identified by the trade area fitness index; and a terminal which receives the trade area information, the trade area fitness index, and map information to display the map data, and displays the trade area information and the trade area fitness index together to correspond the trade area displayed on the map data.</p> |
