<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel support device configured to perform positional adjustment of a lever provided on a knob which is attached to a rotary shaft for tightening and fixing a panel by rotation, and transmits rotational force with good operability without requiring a tool such as a driver or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A rotation transmitting member fixed to the rotary shaft is housed in a knob body so as to have the same center of rotation as the knob body and so that a relative position to the knob body in a rotation axis direction is displaced. When the rotation transmitting member is in a predetermined position, the rotational force of the knob body is transmitted to the rotary shaft, and when the rotation transmitting member comes off from the predetermined position, the position of the lever in the rotating direction can be changed.
