CONCRETE SECONDARY PRODUCT USING MOLTEN SLAG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete secondary product which has high freeze-thaw resistance, can be produced at a low cost in a blend that is not largely different from the ordinary concrete, and also has no problem in quality.

SOLUTION: In a blend of concrete for producing a concrete secondary product, the freeze-thaw resistance is improved by blending a fine aggregate of a molten slag as a part of the fine aggregate such as sand and by steam curing or underwater curing. The exchange ratio by volume of the fine aggregate of the molten slag against the whole of fine aggregate is preferably 10-45%. Depending on the condition of use it is capable of blending no AE agent.
