PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bubble particle plate or the like which has a new constitution. SOLUTION: The air bubble particle plate is constituted by the sinter of air bubble particles of 60 wt.% or more and 90 wt.% or less and a binder of 10 wt.% or more and 40 wt.% or less. The air bubble particle plate is formed of a body layer, a surface layer, and a back layer. In the body layer the air bubble particles are in a half-crushed state or in a non-crushed state. In the surface layer the air bubble particles are in a completely-crushed state. In the back layer the air bubble particles are in a completely-crushed state.
