METHOD TO MANUFACTURE CARBON COATING FIBER FOR PLANE TYPE HEATING ELEMENT

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing carbon coating fibers for plane heating elements is provided to offer uniform electrical resistance, and to prevent contamination of the carbon coating fiber after rigidity and applicability of the fiber. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing carbon coating fibers for plane heating elements includes the following steps: washing basic fiber yarns with an alcohol-based solvent; manufacturing fiber yarns coated with carbon after performing a coating and a drying processes of the basic fiber yarns after dipping the washed basic fiber yarns in a carbon colloidal solution(2); and coating the fabric after weaving the fabric textiles by arranging the fiber yarns and a copper wire. A uniform process is divided into processes uniformly maintaining squeeze pressure with a steel-roll(3), a rubber roll(4), sponge(5) and clothes(6).
