PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL component capable of preventing defective contact from being generated by a force acting on connections toward a connection coming-out direction, after a terminal of an electrode of an organic EL element is brought into sufficient contact with an electrode of a circuit of a circuit board, to connect the fellow electrodes, and manufactured using a printing technique. SOLUTION: In the organic EL component 10, a positive electrode 22 is provided on one surface 21a of a transparent resin material 21, a negative electrode 23 includes an organic EL layer 24 and a conductive print layer coating the one surface 21a of a transparent resin material 21, the organic EL layer 24 includes a print layer for coating the positive electrode 22, a light emitting part 27 of the organic EL element 20 is stored into a through-hole 31a of the circuit board 31, a terminal 22a of the positive electrode 22 and a terminal 23a of the negative electrode 23 are connected to the first electrodes 32a, 33a, respectively, provided on one surface 31c of the circuit board 31, and a surface 31b opposite to a connection surface of the circuit board 31 is flush with a surface 26a opposite to a bonding surface of a sealing base material 26.
