PURPOSE: A camera system for eye-contact and an eye-contact method thereof are provided to fix eyes through a simple device without increasing volume of the entire system and by separably moving a light receiving part on the camera. CONSTITUTION: An eye contact camera includes a main body part(121) and a light receiving part(130). The light receiving part is electrically connected to the main body part. The light receiving part is separated from the main body part. The light receiving part is movably installed on the camera. A visual terminal comprises a monitor(112) and an opponent detection part. The monitor is a standard for adjusting a location of the light receiving part. The opponent detection part detects a specific body part of the other person.
