<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reclaim a waste liquid and use the reclaimed waste liquid as a reclaiming additive, while a conventional method comprises performing the production of an antibody in a culture liquid mixed with expensive culture medium additives, culturing the antibody, separating the antibody from the culture liquid, and discarded the left purification waste liquid. <P>SOLUTION: A mouse hybridoma is cultured to produce a monoclonal antibody, and the produced mouse antibody is separated off from the culture medium for culturing animal cells to obtain a purification waste liquid. The purification waste liquid is divided into a high molecule fraction and a low molecule fraction, and waste substances contained in the purification waste liquid are removed. High molecule substances contained in the obtained high molecule fraction are newly used as reclaimed culture medium additives for culturing animal cells. The high molecule substances give a high alive cell density even in an animal cell culture medium mixed with the reclaimed culture medium additives and can be reused. The culture medium mixed with the reclaimed culture medium additives increases the yield of the antibody more than that in the culture medium not mixed with the additives. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
