<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electronic apparatus that reduces a current consumption during operation and has high performance of assembling, in the electronic apparatus including an electronic circuit requiring pull-up or pull-down processing during the assembly of the electronic apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus includes: a CPU 10 composed of an integrated circuit including a pull-up element; a display 12 arranged in a second housing and allowed to be driven under control of the CPU 10; and a hole element 13a arranged in the second housing and connected to a terminal on which the pull-up element of the CPU 10 is arranged. The CPU 10 includes a display existence discrimination part 10a for discriminating whether the CPU 10 is connected to the display 12. When the display existence discrimination part 10a discriminates that there is no connection with the display, the CPU allows the pull-up element to execute the pull-up operation, and when the display existence discrimination part 10a discriminates that there is connection with the display 12, it inhibits the pull-up operation of the pull-up element.
