PURPOSE: A pornography blocking service system and a method based on image pattern are provided to increase lascivious stuff readability by determining the obscene character of the multimedia recording. CONSTITUTION: An image memory(120) stores an image pattern. An image comparator(130) compares the multimedia recording of a pornography index to the image pattern the multimedia recording. An image determiner(140) decides the lascivious stuff based on the lewdness index. In case the multimedia recording is the lascivious stuff, an image processor processes the multimedia recording according to the selected condition. An image log builder records the process result of the multimedia recording in log.
