<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating body that is adoptable for any amount of content. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A refrigerating structure 1 has a content 2 and a refrigerating body 3. The refrigerating body 3 is a means for refrigerating the content 2, is able to accommodate the content 2, and is able to cover at least the upper face 4 or the lower face 5 and a side face 6 of the content 2. The refrigerating body 3 has a base face part 7 and a side face part 8. The base face part 7 is arranged to the side of the upper face 4 or the lower face 5 of the content 2. The side face part 8 extends continuously from the base face part 7 and is arranged to the side of the side face 6 of the content 2.
