PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition for applying a cured film of high hardness for protecting the surface of a molded product without causing any crack on the surface of a base material of a plastic molded product and the like having a complicated shape such as a flexed surface. SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable resin composition contains a polyurethane resin (C), which has a (meth)acryloyl group equivalent of 150-300 g/eq and an elongation percentage of 50-400%, and a photopolymerization initiator (D).
