<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact, lightweight, high-frequency composite component having a simple circuit configuration and ensuring superior transmission signal insertion loss performance and low energy consumption. <P>SOLUTION: A high-frequency switch module is provided on a laminated body in which a plurality of dielectric layers are laminated and is connected among a transmission circuit, a reception circuit, and an antenna to control the connection between the transmission circuit and the antenna and the connection between the reception circuit and the antenna. The high-frequency switch module includes a high-frequency amplifier disposed between the transmission circuit and the antenna, and a distribution constant line disposed between the reception circuit and the antenna. The high-frequency amplifier has a matching circuit composed of a transistor, an inductor and a capacitor. A line electrode configuring the distribution constant line and a line electrode configuring the inductor are formed on the laminated body not to overlap with other when viewed in the laminating direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
