<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature measuring sensor having an excellent temperature response without being corroded by a fluid to be measured such as a chemical solution and further capable of efficiently removing static electricity with a simple structure, and to provide a temperature measuring device using the temperature measuring sensor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The temperature measuring sensor includes: a temperature measuring body configuring a temperature sensor unit; a lead wire section electrically connected to the base end section of the temperature measuring body; and a protective tube covering at least the temperature measuring body part, wherein the protective tube is made of a material, the main component of which is carbon.
