<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the dropout of a coupling member supporting an upper case suspended from a lower case. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A dropout preventing means of a second coupling portion 11 of the upper case 3 includes a claw 17 protruding outward at a tip of each hooking piece member 15b of a pair of engaging pieces 15, and hooking the coupling member 9 to block the dropout of the coupling member 9 from the hooking piece member 15b, and a concave portion 18 formed in a root of the claw 17 outside each hooking piece member 15b of the pair of engaging pieces 15 to allow the coupling member 9 to be entered therein. Thus, when the upper case 3 is detached from the lower case 2, the coupling member 9 which tends to get out of the engaging pieces 15, gets into the concave portion 18 and is grappled by the claw 17, and as a result, the coupling member 9 can be prevented from being dropped out of a gap 16 between the hooking piece 15b and a protruding piece 14.
