HOLLOW INJECTION MOLDED PRODUCT, AND JOINING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A hollow injection molded product and a joint method thereof are provided to increase joining force by injecting a melted bonding material to a recessed groove of a joint part. CONSTITUTION: A joint method of a hollow injection molded product is as follows. Concave grooves(101a,101b) are formed on each joint surface of first and second injection molded products(100a,100b). The joint surfaces are each other faced within a joint mold. The first and second injection molded products are coupled by injecting a melted bonding material on the concave grooves. The completed injection molded product is created by cutting burrs in a joint part of the first and second injection molded products.
