<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission type dosimeter for measuring a dose of a radiation further stably. <P>SOLUTION: This dosimeter is equipped with an electrode 64 for collecting charged particles ionized by a radiation, a container body 61 for arranging the electrode 64 inside, and a lid 62 for sealing the inside of the container body 61. The lid 62 is equipped with a fixed frame part 75 fixed to the container body 61, and a transmission part 76 bonded integrally to the fixed frame part 75. In this case, the transmission part 76 is thinner than the fixed frame part 75. The lid 62 has rigidity improved by bonding the fixed frame part 75 integrally to the transmission part 76, to thereby suppress deformation of the container in which the electrode 64 is arranged. Consequently, the transmission type dosimeter 56 can suppress fluctuation of a current flowing in the electrode 64, and can measure the dose of the radiation more stably. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
