The device (110) has an operating container (112) for supplying work quantity of a liquid reducing agent (122) e.g. aqueous urea solution. A feed pump (116) is provided to suck the liquid reducing agent over a storage suction line (118) from a storage container (114) and over a work sucking line (120) from the operating container and to supply to a dosing module over a dosing line (126), where the dosing line is connected with the operating container by a return line (128). The operating container is connected with the storage container by an overflow line (140).
