PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heated toilet seat device which reduces coldness given to a user sitting down thereon, reduces power consumption of a heating source for heating a toilet seat, and to which soil is hardly stuck to facilitate its cleaning. SOLUTION: The heated toilet seat device for heating the toilet seat, includes: a base material of the toilet seat; the heating source for heating the toilet seat; and a laminate film which is the laminate film to be provided on the surface of the base material and has an adhesive resin layer adhering to the surface of the base material, a surface resin layer which forms the surface of the toilet seat, and a heat insulation layer which forms a heat insulation space between the adhesive resin layer and the surface resin layer, wherein the laminate film is integrally provided on the surface of the base material, and the surface of the toilet seat is made smoother compared with a toilet seat having the exposed heat insulation layer by providing the surface resin layer on the heat insulation layer.
