A method for treatment of chronic occlusive diseases of arteries, where ozonized physiological solution is administered daily intravenously with quantity of 200.0-400.0 mg and concentration of ozone dissolved in it, which gradually raises from 1.0 ± 0.2 mg / l up to 3.0 ± 0.2 mg / l with a step of increase of 0.3 mg / l and its subsequent reduction up to 1.0 ± 0.2 mg / l with the same step, and simultaneously with it the blockade of periarterial lumbar sympathetic ganglions in combination with periarterial cuff injection administration of ozone-oxygen mixes in quantity of 50 - 60 cmand concentration of ozone 4.0 ± 0.5 mg / l.
