<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device having a slide member, enabling smooth sliding movement always in a stable state and preventing the surface of a device body from being damaged by the slide member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The device having the slide member includes: the device body; an oblong slide member 12 sliding on the device body; a first wall surface 10f, which is provided on the device body to slide the slide member in the short side direction of the device body and is parallel to the short side of the slide member; a second wall surface 10g, which is provided on the device body to slide the slide member in the short side direction of the device body and is provided away from the first wall surface in the long side direction of the slide member to be parallel to and opposite to the first wall surface; a first sliding part 23f provided on the slide member to slide in contact with the first wall surface; and a second sliding part 23g, which slides in contact with the second wall surface and is disposed separate from the first wall surface at a distance longer than the sliding length to the first sliding part and the fitting length to the second wall surface and also at a distance longer than the separate distance between the first wall surface and the second wall surface.
