PURPOSE: A spreader for an implant operation is provided to lift a sinus membrane vertically and more widely, to reduce the operational time and cost, and to provide convenience and safety to a user. CONSTITUTION: A spreader for an implant operation comprises: a connection unit(20) formed on the upper side of a body(10) to be connected with a drive unit; and a lifting unit(30) formed in the lower side of the body to divide and lift a sinus membrane. The lifting unit comprises the following: a pillar unit(31) extended from the body while being formed in the same central rotation axis to the body; and a protrusion(32) projected to one side from the pillar unit while being formed on the same surface of an end surface(31a) of the pillar unit. The protrusion comprises a base part with the same thickness of the diameter of the pillar unit. The thickness of the protrusion gets thinner to the end.
