<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite screw for easily removing, for example, an old waterproof sheet, and easily installing a new sheet. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This composite screw is composed of a base screw body 1 having a collar part 3 on one end in the length direction of a shaft part 2, forming a male screw part 4 over a proper length range toward one end side in the length direction from the other end side in the length direction of the shaft part 2 and forming a female screw hole part 5 opening in the center of the collar part 3 over a proper length range toward the other end side in the length direction from one end side part in the length direction of the shaft part 2, and a fastening screw body 6 having a collar part 8 on one end side in the length direction of a male screw shaft 7 threadedly engaging with the female screw hole part 5 of this base screw body 1 and forming an engaging recessed part 9 with a fastening tool in this collar part 8.
