PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ideal quantum computer. SOLUTION: The quantum computer has physical systems A, B, C in three different energy states, ¾0><SB>x</SB>, ¾1><SB>x</SB>, and ¾e><SB>x</SB>, respectively. When expressing the quantum bit in a quantum-mechanically superposed state with ¾0><SB>x</SB>, ¾1><SB>x</SB>or ¾0><SB>x</SB>and ¾1><SB>x</SB>, it has a laminate 103 obtained by repeatedly laminating the thin films A, B, C including the physical systems A, B, C sequentially from the lower thin film A, a light source 101 to illuminate the thin films in the laminate by emitting the light matching the transitional angular frequency depending on the state of the adjoining thin film and having a spectrum width narrower than the mutual angular frequency differences, a controller to regulate the frequency and intensity of the light, and a quantum bit reader 105 to measure the quantum state of the A(E) of the physical group by measuring the transmitted light intensity of the light emitted from the physical group A(E) in the thin film A(E) and the light passing through the physical group A(E).
