<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide footwear that improves health by performing acupressure on a reflex zone of the instep with general and point compression and also by stimulating a reflex zone of the sole of a foot. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The footwear (9) has an insole provided with projections for stimulating the reflex zones (2, 3, 4, 5) of the sole of the foot. A point/general compression element (1) for the purpose of performing general and point compression on the reflex zone (10) of the instep is arranged on leather uppers (7A, 7B) or on the reverse side of a band (8) to perform acupressure on the reflex zone (10) of the instep. Walking by wearing the footwear (9) stimulates simultaneously the reflex zones (10, 11) of the instep and the sole of the foot, providing a massage therein and effecting improvement of high blood pressure or the like.
