<p>Procedure (I) for removing a layer, preferably a lacquer- and/or color layer containing a hazardous material, from a surface, comprises (i) applying a liquid agent for peeling, soaking, etching and/or removing, on at least partial areas of the layer (10); (ii) removing the processed layer at least in the partial areas of the region, where the liquid agent is introduced so that a part of the surface is emerged at least in these partial areas; and further (iii) applying at least a primer coat in the partial areas, without any intermediate sanding step. An independent claim is included for a procedure (II) for monitoring the exposure of hazardous material on object and/or article or in the surroundings or on a person during the above procedure (I), for limiting or regulating the exposure of hazardous substances, comprising carrying out the procedure (I) and at least one step, which comprises (a) removing or dismantling an object and/or an article to be processed and transporting to a processing site, where according to the instructions protective devices and/or safeguards are provided, (b) measuring the environmental pollution, including the air and/or surfaces having dust, with the hazardous material before beginning the procedure (I), in the surroundings of the dismantling places and/or in the surroundings of the processing site, (c) measuring the environmental pollution during and/or after performing the procedure (I) and/or (d) medical examination of at least one person, who is involved in the procedure (I), for the determination of hazardous materials.</p> |
