摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser device which is increased in energy density at the focus, and a semiconductor laser pumping solid-state laser device or a semiconductor laser excited fiber laser device. SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser device arranges laser beam arrays arranged in series in a dotted line shape on a front surface of a stack array laser element 10 radiating laser beam group in a two-dimensional array shape furthermore arranged in parallel, receives each laser beam array collimated by being refracted in the direction nearly perpendicular to the direction of the dotted line, and radiates by rotating the direction of the laser beams from the respective emitters or the respective emitter groups at right angles. Thereby, these laser beams are converted to a plurality of rows of the laser beam arrays substantially arranged in parallel in ladder shape. All laser beams are converged on a single image by condensing after bringing a central axis of the laser beam arrays closer and converting to the beam groups radiated from the common object point.
