BONE GRAFTING MATERIAL COATED WITH BMP

PURPOSE: A bone grafting material using a bmp extracted from an animal bone as a coating is provided to improve a function of promoting bone formation by the bone morphogentic protein(BMP). CONSTITUTION: A bone grafting material comprises a bone grafting material main body originated from a human bone, and a bone morphogentic protein(BMP) layer extracted from an animal bone to form a surface of the bone grafting material main body. The calcium content of the bone graft material main body is over 8%. The bone grafting material main body has an average diameter under 1 micrometer. The BPM forming the BMP layer is extracted from the human bone powder by a protein extract reagent or a proteinase inhibitor. The BMP layer is formed to the surface of the bone grafting material main body by a dialysis method. The animal bone is selected from the group consisting of a bovine bone, a horse bone or a pig bone.
