PURPOSE: A network terminal for more efficiently using a network resource is provided to secure QoS(Quality of Service) about packets which are transmitted to a local network connected through the network terminal device. CONSTITUTION: A network terminal apparatus comprises a NAT(Network Address Translator) unit(100), a classification unit(110) and a scheduler(120). The NAT part changes the public internet protocol address of the receipt packet into the private IP address. The classifier classifies IP address-converted packets. According to the classified flow, the classifier stores packet in queue. The scheduling section performs the scheduling of the saved packet. The scheduling section transmits packet with the destination location according to the private IP address.
