The cover has a non-woven fabric (2) whose end (3) is equipped with a hood (4) to cover a backrest of a seat. Other end (9) of the fabric is attached to a cylindrical part (10) i.e. cylindrical roller, which rotates on housing (11). The cylindrical part includes a suspension system for automatic reeling of the non-woven fabric in the housing. A bearing block unit blocks the automatic reeling after specific length (L) of the fabric is unrolled. The cylindrical part is affixed on a longitudinal opening.
