Provided is the use a first and a second siRNA agent in the manufacture of a medicament for reducing levels of a viral titer from a Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) and a Parainfluenza Virus (PIV), in a cell of the respiratory tract of a subject, wherein said first siRNA agent comprises a sense and antisense strand consisting of specified sequences; and wherein said second siRNA agent comprises a sense and antisense strand of specified sequences, and wherein the medicament co-administers intranasally the first and second siRNA agent.
