PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste-material-amount-information providing system for acquiring the information about the waste material amount from a plurality of containers without moving the containers. SOLUTION: A radio device 120 and a sensor 140 are installed to associated one of the containers 130. The radio device 120 obtains the waste-material-amount data measured by the sensor 140 from the sensor 140. A base station 110 transmits the predetermined data transmitted and received in the order of arrows, and the radio device 120 stores the waste-material-amount data obtained from the sensor 140 to the predetermined data.
