<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire exchange auxiliary base capable of safely and easily performing exchange work of a tire while making jack-up of a vehicle body at tire exchange of an automobile, having portability and assembled at a field, and its method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The tire exchange auxiliary base is provided, in which a pair of lateral frames 1 having a nut 3 joined to an upper part of both ends and a mounting unit 2 joined to a lower part is fixed to a lower part of the jacked up tire 10 of the vehicle body by a pair of vertical frames 5 to constitute a base, two support shafts 6 provided with rollers 7 on an upper side part of the lateral frame are placed at front and rear sides of a tread surface of the tire 10, and an adjustment bolt 4 penetrated with the nut 3 of the lateral frame is inserted to the mounting holes 9 at both ends of the support shaft 6 to complete assembling.
