DART GAME DEVICE

A dart game device in which the emitting state of the boundary portions between an illuminated target segment and adjacent target segments is clearly shown for demarcation to enhance the visibility. The dart game device comprises first partitions demarcating regions, target segments received displaceably to and fro in the regions and having receiving holes made in the fronts of the target segments for receiving the tip of a dart, detecting means having a detecting element for detecting the backward displacement of the target segment due to a hit by the dart, illuminating means for illuminating the target segments with illumination light according to the detection signal from the detecting means, and illumination control means. A second partition for demarcating a region having a shape substantially congruent with the region demarcated by the first partition is interposed between the first partition and the illuminating means. The illumination control means controls the illumination of the target segment to be indicated depending on the progress of the game in an illumination mode different from that of the other target segments.
