<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio base station device which selects a cell in a higher-speed cell switchover cycle upon handover and a mobile terminal device. <P>SOLUTION: A radio base station device includes transmitting/receiving portions 1b and 1c which remotely hand over, an FCS application determining portion 111 determining whether or not a high-speed cell selection is applied upon handover based on information from a mobile terminal device, and a multi-cell scheduling controller 110 controlling a transmission/transmission-stop of a first and a second transmitting/receiving portions when an FCS application is determined by the FCS application determining portion 111. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
