PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize exhaust air, which collects dust and is filtered in a vacuum cleaner, as the air to blow off the dust by operating the operation lever of a spherical hollow diverter valve integrated with an exhaust spherical hollow diverter valve. SOLUTION: The exhaust air (6) discharged out of the vacuum cleaner by the exhaust spherical hollow diverter valve (5) in Fig. 1 is guided through an exhaust air blowing pipe for use by connecting an accordion-shaped hose and an exhaust and suction combining hole together.
