PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a concealment card which can avoid the reduction of whiteness in a white layer. SOLUTION: A release layer 7, a protecting layer 6, a pictorial pattern layer 5 and a white layer 4 are formed on a transfer base 8 to make up a transfer sheet 20. In addition, a concealing layer 3 is formed on a base 1 to make up a card substrate 10. After that, the transfer sheet 20 is transferred to the card substrate 10 so as to allow the white layer 4 to come into contact with the concealing layer 3, and then the release layer 7 is peeled off.
