PURPOSE: A method of producing feed using an insect pests powder is provided to use as a feed for fishes or fowls, and to use as a chum or bait for a fresh water fishing or a sea fishing. CONSTITUTION: A method of producing feed using insect pests comprises the steps of: capturing pests or insects with pest-trapping street lamp(S100); boiling the insect pests with a steamer(S110); drying and grinding the pests(S110,S120); adding pest powder with additives, fish powder and corn powder(S130). The additives are water or water containing vitamin, or nutrition. The mixture can be mixed in a ratio of the pest powder 30%, the fish powder 60%, and the additives 10%.
