PURPOSE: A weight training apparatus is provided improve durability and lifetime and strengthen muscular force of lower body. CONSTITUTION: A weight training apparatus comprises: a base(20) having a foot support plate; a pair or support legs(30,32) which lower end is are hinge-coupled in a specific interval; a chair(40) which is hinge-coupled at the upper end of the support leg and has a back support; a rearward stopper(50) which prevent over of the chair to the rear side; and a front stopper(60) of which height is limited.
