PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for transmitting uplink signals using a multi-antenna are provided to substantially obviate one or more problems due to limitations and disadvantages of the related art and supply a technology for effectively carrying out uplink signal transmission according to a MIMO scheme. CONSTITUTION: A base station(10) includes a processor(11), a memory(12), and a radio frequency module(13). The RF module is used as a transmission/reception module for receiving an uplink signal and transmitting a downlink signal. The processor controls downlink signal transmission using downlink signal transmission information stored in the memory. Otherwise, as an inverse process of the precoding process, the processor controls a signal reception process by multiplying uplink signal reception information stored in the memory by a Hermitian matrix of the same precoding matrix as a precoding matrix used in a UE(20).
