PURPOSE: A camera module with a MEMS actuator is provided to solidly combine a pad terminal of an actuator with a substrate and be electrically connected. CONSTITUTION: A camera module comprises the following units. A MEMS actuator(203) is arranged on an upper part of a camera housing(205). A contact protrusion(209) is formed on one side. A substrate(207) is arranged in the lower part of the camera housing. A pad terminal is included in the contact protrusion. One side of a conductor(211) is contacted with the pad terminal and the other end is electrically contacted with the substrate.
