MOLD CORE

PURPOSE: A core mold is provided to increase the shape precision of molding products by minimizing an assembling tolerance of the core and a base mold. CONSTITUTION: A core mold comprises pin cores(22,40) and a positioning member(24). The molding surface is formed on one end of the pin core and the pin core is axis shape. The positioning member is combined in the outer circumference of the core. The positioning member has the coefficient of thermal expansion which is bigger than a base mold(10) has. The positioning member pressures the inner circumference of penetration hole(12). The positioning member is hook shape.
