<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Karaoke device etc. in which the photographing of lyrics etc. is prohibited. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A set top box (STB) 300 including an video processor determines whether or not video signals (background video and lyrics telops) of displays 421 and 422 are included in a camera signal from a camera 410, and transmits a stop indication signal to a commander 200 when it is determined that the video signals are included in the camera signal. When the commander 200 receives the stop indication signal, it stops an output of the video signal included in the camera signal when it is determined that storage of the background video and the lyrics telops is prohibited.
