<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate a data transfer speed with a USB device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A USB host system 100 is provided with a temporary transfer interrupt processing part 102. When data transfer is performed between a USB host controller 103 and the USB device 108, the temporary transfer interrupt processing part 102 temporarily interrupts the data transfer between the USB host controller 103 and the USB device 108, waits until prescribed processing to data stored in a USB host transfer memory 105 is completed to make the USB host transfer memory 105 usable, and restarts the data transfer between the USB host controller 103 and the USB device 108 each time transfer data of a prescribed size of the memory size of the USB host transfer memory 105 or below is transferred between the USB host controller 103 and the USB device 108.
